Trying AdSense

Also, this will start a new category, as I see AdSense mainly as a new playground for me.

Lifetype 1.2.3 Contentfilter & Regular Expressions
Posted by coldtobi | 10 Jun, 2007, 12:04This weekend, I finally upgraded lifetype to the latest version. Wow, they did a great work!
Buts thats not the topic of this post. A new feature I enabled is the contentfilter plugin. if there are any bad words in comments, it will silently drop that comment. But the best is: It does regular expressions!
I do not believe, that the bad guys analyse this, so I decided to share you my expressions i use. They are all manufactored out of spam commets, and will be improved over time. If you want to use them, feel free. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Debian reparieren
Posted by coldtobi | 28 May, 2007, 18:12Ich ziehe gerade meine Plate um, und bin auf dabei auf dieses kleine Script gestossen, dass einem vielleicht eine Neuinstallation sparen kann, wenn man wichtige Dateien gelöscht hat, oder der dpkg cache zerschossen ist.
Die originale Quelle existiert leider nicht mehr, deshalb kein Link sondern "verbatim".

Projekt: Lüfter/Pumpensteuerung für Wasserkühlung
Posted by coldtobi | 17 May, 2007, 10:23Ich möchte für meine WaKü eine Lüfersteuerung basteln, da mir meine Pumpe bei 100% zu laut und die Steuerung auf dem Mainboard zu blöd ist.
Es soll ein "Projekt 2.0" werden, also ich möchte Ideen und Vorstellungen anderer potentieller Nutzer einfliessen lassen.
Wenn es fertig ist, werde ich die Hardware/Software natürlich auch anderen zugänglich machen, aber jetzt ist erstmal muss man ein wenig ingenieuren...

Spam, spam, spam! (Or: Update your f*** forum software)
Posted by coldtobi | 9 May, 2007, 08:38While deleting the spam-comments on my blog, I lately figured out, that direct linking is "out". This is probably because of blacklistings, that exists.
Well, this does not work either, if you, for instance, write nasty words in the link.
Let me show you an example, which normally would have been deleted: The bad word has been disabled, as I do post bad words on my blog.

If grub does not display your splash images

I permanently got "cannot load splash image", though the splashimage path was correct and existing... Of course, the picture was well formated (640x480, 14 colors).

Finger weg vom StudiVZ & SchülerVZ
