The impatient Phisher

Posted by coldtobi | 5 Jul, 2007, 09:37

"Screenshot-translation: ebay sent this message to MustafaAydin(mustafali"). Your first and surname is a sign, that [the message is really from ebay]"

Today one mail slipped through spamassassin. However, my experienced eye immediatly discovered that the mail is -- again -- some silly phishing attempt....

Sometimes, I *really* think how stupid the spammers/phishers are. First, this is not my name (a simple parsing of the email address would usually give better results), then the date of the reception, the missing umlauts, etc... There is nothing right in this spam.

Date received:

" I transfered the money on July 4th. Where's my merchandize?"
